Central Mall (0.3 MI / 0.48 KM ) :
Central Mall is located just off I-30 and exit 223 B/Richmond Road. We are surrounded by favorite restaurants as well as other places to visit after shopping at the mall.

Texas A & M University - Texarkana (2 MI / 3.22 KM ) :

Historic Perot Theatre (4 MI / 6.44 KM ) :
The beautifully restored Perot Theatre, located in downtown Texarkana at 3rd and Main St, has been a Landmark since 1924 when It opened as the Saenger Amusement Company's "Gate way to the West" Theatre. The building is listed in the National Register of Historic place.

Four States Fairgrounds (5 MI / 8.05 KM ) :
The Four States Fairgrounds is located directly off Interstate 30 at Airport Exit 2 (Arkansas Hwy 245). It is directly across from the city park with fishing, lighted walking trails, and playground.
